The apartment was fairly clean with a particularly good and fine bathroom. The check-in was easy and the staff was amicable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. There was a kitchenette for cooking.

We had a great stay during our New Year's trip. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished, with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main street and a supermarket nearby. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave and washing machine. We also appreciated the TV being linked to the internet.

There were some minor issues that can be improved upon. The cleanliness of the bedding raised concerns when we found a blood stain on the pillowcase.

The building had a lift, express check-in/out, and even an outdoor dining area. It was really convenient to have paid airport shuttle service and luggage storage available. The no-pets policy and no smoking on-site ensured a pleasant stay. If we ever visit again, we would definitely choose this apartment without hesitation. Good value, would recommend. Impeccably clean apartment. Comfortable location close to the old city center, many sights in Sofia, and Archeological museum. Location super close to Serdica metro station.

The value for money at Presidency House was excellent, and the room was clean and pleasant. The location was perfect, with all the major attractions within a short walk. The staff, especially Lilie, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with the added bonus of a coffee machine and Lavazza capsules provided. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city center and access public transportation.

Centrally located, within walking distance of major sights, quick response from host, easy check-in with lock box, comfortable apartment, kitchen facilities and nearby 24 hr market.

Felt like royalty, no complaints at all.
